Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening rounds.
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and track feedback.
Regularly engage with shortlisted candidates to maintain interest and availability.
Extend offer letters and manage negotiations.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily sourcing reports.
Share weekly status updates with stakeholders and hiring managers.
Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and documentation compliance.
Requires Skills set:
3 to 9 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollout
Expertise in sourcing quality profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Proven track record of achieving hiring targets consistently across multiple roles and industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and candidate management
Good understanding of market trends, competitor hiring, and role benchmarking
Experience in using ATS, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple open positions, and deliver within deadlines
