Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and leadership positions.
Penalty Clause:
Minimum Expected 7 External Offers in a month.
2.5 % reduction in Salary for 5-6 offers in a month.
5% reduction in Salary for 4 or less offers.
