Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design and develop business intelligence solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic decision-making.

Experience : 3-6 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards

Connect Power BI to various data sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms

Create data models , DAX formulas , and measures for performance-optimized reports

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specs

Automate report refreshes, implement row-level security, and maintain data accuracy

Collaborate with stakeholders for UAT, feedback, and enhancements

Troubleshoot and resolve reporting/data issues in a timely manner

Required Skills:

3-6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development

Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)

Experience working with Excel, CSV, and cloud-based data sources (Azure, AWS, etc.)

Familiarity with data visualization best practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)

Exposure to ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Basic understanding of Python/R for data analysis is a plus

Working knowledge of Azure Data Lake , Synapse Analytics , or Data Factory
