Job Opening For Technical Support - E Governance
Qualification:
  • Good Communication Skills (Tamil, English other Languages (Kannada or Hindi Preferred) and willing to travel anywhere in India as per the Project requirements.
  • Good Operations Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Team Vendor Management Skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good in building the relationship with the client stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good Presentation Skills (Excel and Power Point)
Role:
  • Location : Salem, Chennai.
  • Experience : 1+ Years.
  • Education Qualification : Any Degree (Diploma Candidates are not eligible).
  • Understanding SLA and executing the operations as per the client requirements.
  • Coordinating with the Vendor Team to deploy all the Aadhaar Enrolment Centres.
  • Ensure Smooth Functioning of Aadhaar Enrolment Centres and bring targeted output.
  • Handling the escalations from the branches and resolve the issues on immediate basis.
  • Train the Operators time to time as per the UIDAI guidelines.
  • Ensure the Quality of the Service Provided to the Customers and ensure proper training has been given to the Operators.
  • Monitoring each branch Performance and Enrolment Quality as per the UIDAI Policy.
  • Proactively plan the activities to get best outcomes in the production002E.
  • Conducting Surprise audit to meet the compliance.
  • Ensure No fraudulent activities happen at Aadhaar Enrolment Centres.
  • Resolving Technical related issues within the timeframe and ensuring there is no downtime during the working hours.
  • All the activities must be documented properly with relevant evidence.
  • MIS Preparation and Submission to the client on daily basis.
  • Actively participates on the Weekly meetings and present the progress to the Management.
  • Taking initiatives to improve the process and suggest new thoughts to the Management.
  • Analysis the Competitors Market status and Potential Areas for improvement
