Job Description

  • Experience in developing sales strategies and generating leads for the IT services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills to close high-value deals.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements, offer expert consultation, and drive successful project closures.
  • Understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, AI, and emerging technology trends.
  • Expertise in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in generating referral and repeat business from clients.
  • The candidate should be enthusiastic, outgoing, well-spoken, and quick to learn.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Proven expertise in managing team targets and achieving them alongside individual sales goals.
  • Proficiency in communicating with management to suggest improvements, refine sales strategies, and drive service and client base expansion.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and coordination skills.
Must Have Skills

Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, and UpWork for lead generation and business growth.
  • Ability to understand client requirements, provide strategic consultation, and successfully close projects.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and successfully achieving sales targets.
Primary Skills

Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

  • Proficient in Client Communication, Written Communication and Consultation Escalation.
  • Proficient in lead generation, sales strategy, closure high value lead.
  • Proven ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong expertise in B2B/B2C sales strategies and deal closures.
  • Effective stakeholder management, collaborating with marketing and technical teams.
Good To Have

Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

  • Understanding of SaaS, Cloud Computing, AI, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other relevant tech domains.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, system architecture, and infrastructure basics.
