Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical engineer in Workday SaaS application. This role will be responsible for managing technical inquires issue resolution configuration integrations and ensuring the optimal performance of Workdays HCM Financial etc modules.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues related to SaaS Workday application.
Investigate and diagnose application errors configuration problems and functional discrepancies within the Workday environment.
Analyze user-reported issues identify root causes related to application setup data integrity or user workflows and implement effective solutions.
Diagnose Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems including configuration integration security and functional issues across various Workday modules (e.g. HCM Finance etc.) and integrations with other apps
Analyze client issues identify root causes and provide timely and effective solutions or workarounds.
Proactively identify potential issues and contribute to preventative measures and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs guide them on best practices and ensure a positive support experience.
Document all support interactions troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly and concisely in our support ticketing system.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Workday applications architecture features and functionalities.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles FAQs and other self-help resources for clients and internal teams.
Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge discuss ongoing issues and contribute to process improvements.
Participate in testing and validation of new features updates and fixes.
Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases updates and new features.
Potentially participate in on-call rotation for critical after-hours support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including implementation consultants product managers and developers to ensure overall client success.
Certifications Required
Preferred Workday certifications in HCM Financials or integrations
Agile certifications
