Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team at Indovision Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Handle employee records, documentation, and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a healthy work culture.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
- 0 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
