IT Project Manager @ Aionise Machine

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead and manage application development projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Manage Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies depending on project needs.
• Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure quality standards and application testing (UAT/SIT) are met before deployment.
• Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Security.
• Support change management and user adoption during project transitions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in application development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
