Identify and acquire new corporate clients for hospital services (including OPD, IPD, health check-ups, wellness programs, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR/administration teams, insurance partners, and TPAs
Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
Organize and execute health camps, wellness talks, and on-site screening programs at corporate locations
Negotiate corporate rates for healthcare packages and drive empanelment agreements
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through corporate client acquisition and retention
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to senior management
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
