Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Social Media Content Creator & Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, and content creation for digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing compelling visual content, promoting job ads, managing social media campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to support both marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact graphics for social media, newsletters, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging videos for social media and brand campaigns
  • Capture and edit professional photos and videos for internal and external use
  • Design visually appealing job postings with strategic, engaging hashtags
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms
  • Collaborate with HR- Social Media team to support brand and recruitment efforts
  • Develop and design banners, standees, and other offline promotional materials
  • Prepare visually strong client presentation decks and campaign proposals
  • Track trends and analytics to continuously improve content performance and audience engagement
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms with a strong focus on audience engagement and follower growth
  • Ability to create engaging, trend-aligned content that reflects brand voice and attracts a loyal online community
  • Experience as a social media influencer or in building a strong personal or brand presence is a plus

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience with professional photography and videography
  • Ability to craft creative hashtags and captions for job ads and campaigns
  • Strong design sense with a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking
  • Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Experience creating physical branding materials (banners, standees) is a plus
