Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing recruitment generalist activities
- Calling and screening candidates on the phone, short-list call suitable candidates for discussion
- Headhunting on social media like Linkedin, Facebook
- Employee management, appraisals manpower planning
Required Candidate profile
The candidate should be MBA in HR
At least 2+ years experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin, Facebook other social networks.
Good communication and people skills.
