We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Engineer to promote and sell 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Training Programs to engineering students and experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our training solutions, identify leads, and convert them into customers.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify leads through research, databases, and online platforms.
    • Contact engineering students, academic institutions, and working professionals to promote training programs.
  2. Sales Outreach:
    • Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective students and professionals.
    • Provide detailed information about training offerings, course structure, and benefits tailored to the customers needs.
  3. Consultative Selling:
    • Understand the career goals and upskilling needs of potential participants.
    • Recommend suitable training programs based on their requirements.
  4. Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track leads using CRM tools.
    • Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversions and address queries effectively.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate inquiries.
    • Collaborate with trainers to understand training modules and incorporate value points into sales pitches.
  6. Sales Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.
    • Analyze feedback from prospects and suggest improvements to enhance the sales process.
