Role: Customer Service( International Voice)

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Experience : Experienced

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: Rotational ( Including Night Shifts )

Qualification: 10+2(UG) /Any Graduate

Salary : Max( 4.8 LPA - In Hand 35,500)

Cab: Pick and Drop will be provided

Notice : Immediate/ 15days Notice

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer service representative with an experience in BPO voice Process.

Voice is the main skill along with written proficiency.

Flexible to work on Weekends as it will be rotational off and no fixed Weekend off

It will be any shift between the 12 hour window.

This is a RTO deal so 100% work from office.

Heavy call flow ad hence requires good experience and acceptance of calls.

Work location is Vikhroli

NP - Immediate to 15 days

Candidate should be within the boundary and hiring zone

Candidate with excellent communication.
