Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Drive and improve CX metrics such as CXNS, NPS, EI, and Escalation TATs
• Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities in customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement CX improvement plans
• Monitor performance, highlight deviations, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Prepare and share periodic performance reports with relevant stakeholders

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in operations or customer experience roles is a plus

Note: The role is 1 year contractual role- Full Time Employment (Vendor Payroll). Based on your performance your contract might get extended or also might have the opportunity to get on role.
