About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Talent Intelligence Senior Analyst to support our recruitment efforts through data insights, reporting, and automation. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, Talent acquisition leadership, People business partners, and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that enhance hiring efficiency, quality, and experience.

What You Will Do
    • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (e.g., offer, open roles, pipeline health)
    • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and process gaps
    • Share regular reports and insights with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders
    • Ensure data accuracy across ATS and reporting platforms
    • Automate regular reporting and improve data workflows
What You Will Need
    • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in HR or TA analytics (or a similar data-focused role)
    • Proficiency in data tools like Excel and SQL
    • Familiarity with the Lever ATS system is a plus
    • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and processes
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
