Coordinate with the Sales team to manage day-to-day operational tasks and assist in lead tracking and client communication.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required by the sales team.
Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM or ERP systems.
Follow up with clients for documents, payments, and delivery schedules.
Support order processing and coordination with internal departments like procurement, logistics, and accounts.
Generate and analyze sales reports and MIS for the management team.
Handle post-sales customer support and address client queries promptly.
Maintain communication with vendors and partners for pricing and delivery.
Key Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of CRM / ERP systems
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Time management and multitasking
Preferred Background:
Prior experience in IT hardware or software sales coordination will be an added advantage.
