Role & responsibilities
The objective of this role is to cross-sell (CLX) to the eligible customers
- Responsible to handle the leads provided on a daily basis
- Call from their own mobile number to the customers and convince them to apply for personal loan.
- Inform customers about loan offer details and visit customer's location to complete the application process (application filling, KYC and signing etc.).
- Ensure a minimum of 15 successful visits per day
- FE need to visit according to time slot and all visit Feedback has to be updated in LMS app
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
- FE need to have his own android smartphone with an active SIM card.
- Two-wheeler license and his own vehicle (for travel).
- Prior experience in banking/financial product sales and be proficent over Google Maps.
- FE has to follow company process in terms of customer handling etiquettes while he is on field along with maintaining the Code of conducts and integrity as per company norms.
