As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and executing various recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Provide positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as Hiring Drives
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process
Manage Leadership Hiring and Senior Level position coordination
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting services or similar role
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
Knowledge of background check procedures and legal requirements
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work different shifts
Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
