Responsibilities - We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to support our growing HR team.
- The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Responsibilities also include HR operational tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and supporting process improvements.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, familiarity with HR systems, and a passion for building efficient HR workflows.
- Aptitude section this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
