Job Responsibilities:
ITIL Certified (Foundation minimum, prefer Intermediate)
Able to implement and advise on ITIL process (Incident Management, Change Management, Service Operations, etc)
Identify process, procedure gaps
Familiar with multiple tools listed above under L2 AWS, Zabbix, Github, SVNCVS, Cfengine, Chef andor Puppet, Cobbler, JIRAConfluence, PagerDuty etc.
(Plus) experience with new technologies such as
Docker
OpenStack
NoSQL Solutions (Mongo, Cloudera, Hadoop)
Familiar with project management tools (MS Project or similar, JIRA) and processes (Agile and Waterfall; general SDLC)
ExpertCreative Problem Solver
Demonstrated solutions to complex technical issues (tech debt, work around resource constraints, upgradesreplacement of legacy infrastructure, etc)
Strong architectural, design, and integration experience
ImplementedExperienced with Hybrid cloud solutions (SaasIaaS)
Successfully designed and implemented highly available servicessolutions
Identify potential deficiencies in RM Operations and ideally be able to suggest potential solutions
Experiences leadingimplementing technical integrations (ie ticketing systems with monitoring solutions, APIs, etc)
