Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecyclefrom initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Your core responsibility is to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven delivery of key engineering and technology initiatives supporting our omni-channel and eCommerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of engineering and eCommerce-related projects.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies: conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX to maintain project clarity and alignment.
• Manage and optimize Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint metrics.
• Track, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Define project scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
• Align project outcomes with business goals and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates and stakeholder communication.
• Create and present dashboards, sprint metrics, and status reports to leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within IT or engineering teams, preferably in eCommerce or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated success managing web platforms, mobile apps, and 3rd-party integrations.
• Expertise in Jira, including dashboards, automation, custom fields, and filters.
• Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a strong plus.
• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UX/UI.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments with shifting priorities.
