5+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations).
Familiarity in artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams.
Highly collaborative, with strong experience working with Global & Local stakeholders.
Primary Skills:
Bachelors degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
Secondary Skills:
Possess functional knowledge of marketing, branding and new product development.
Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
