Job Description

Provide efficient and professional chat-based support to clients by
  • promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  • Typing Skills: Exhibit exceptional typing skills to maintain quick and accurate responses during chat interactions.
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Written Communication: Maintain high-quality written communication in English, ensuring clarity, grammar, and spelling are impeccable.
  • Shift Flexibility: Adapt to rotational shifts as part of the international process to ensure 24/7 chat support coverage.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share information, best practices, and knowledge to improve overall customer support quality.
    Qualifications:
    1. Proven experience in chat-based customer support or a related field is a plus.
    2. Excellent typing skills with a typing speed of [specify speed] words per minute.
    3. Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with chat support software and tools.
    4. Strong command of written English with impeccable grammar and spelling.
    5. Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    6. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the international support process.
