UX Designer
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences for our digital products. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Organize and structure content to create clear, intuitive navigation and layouts.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to align designs with product requirements and technical feasibility.
Test and iterate designs based on user feedback to enhance usability and functionality.
Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system, ensuring cohesive user experiences across platforms.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences for all users.
Leverage user analytics and performance data to inform design decisions and improvements.

Education: Bachelor s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.
o A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
