Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection through various recruitment portals.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR MIS reports, handle HR compliance tasks, and manage day-to-day HR activities.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, performance management support, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee full & final settlements.
- Administer payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and time office functions.
- Handle statutory compliance, labor law documentation, and general administrative responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in any stream or a diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relations.
- 02 years of experience in a Human Resources function.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with HRMS systems and emerging HR technologies.
