Job Summary:
A Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with an organizations most important clients, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the profitability (P&L) of key accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion through strategic account planning, high-level negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Drive strategies for client engagements for greater market penetration and profitability
2) B2B sales specialist driving revenue through sales maximization in the designation accounts
3) Improve revenue growth by demand creation and improved quality of engagement
4) Focus on growing and developing existing accounts, together with generating new business
5) Manage sales performance to key business metrics including margin targets
