Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Prospect for new clients by Cold Calling, E Mail Marketing, LinkedIn networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from clients.

  • Must have a strong experience in Corporate Sales in IT Staffing Sector.

  • Mapping client s requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.

  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

  • Business strategy development & alignment with clients for recruitment process. Targeting new business.

  • A strong track record in acquisition & getting new clients for technical staffing services.

  • Understand a prospects business needs and work with the teams to develop a tailored staffing proposal

  • Plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company

  • Strategic planning is the key to the role and requires a thorough knowledge of the market

  • Achieving individual as well as team target if you are handling team monthly.

  • Maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations

  • Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), Requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner

  • Can handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to positive conclusion; the solutions/services the company can provide; write reports; and provide feedback to the reporting manager.

  • Good business sense

  • Well Versed in written and oral English language must.

  • A good understanding of marketing principles

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and analytical skills

  • Setting strategies/sales target, clientele development, sales management,
