Reports to: MDM Operations Manager

Roles and responsibilities -

1. Team Supervision Manage, support, and guide team members to meet performance targets and operational goals.
2. Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
3. Performance Monitoring Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team members meet quality and efficiency standards.
4. Problem-Solving Address operational challenges, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and implement solutions quickly.
5. Communication & Coordination Act as a bridge between teams, departments, and senior management to ensure smooth operations.
6. Training & Development Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve team skills and performance.
7. Resource Management Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure efficient use of resources.
8. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and prepare operational reports.
9. Customer & Stakeholder Management Address customer inquiries, handle escalations, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
10. Crisis Management Handle emergencies, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity during disruptions.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skill Set:

• 5-8 years of Experience in Master Data Management/Supply Chain pharmaceutical/biologicals manufacturing domain.
• 1-2 years experience in Team Lead/SME/Process Expert role
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation. Able to interact with and influence individuals up to Director level across the Site/Business.
