Job Description
Were Not Looking for an Employee. Were Looking for a Systems Architect.
We 're on the hunt for someone who will own internal automation, build real agents, and wire our backend like a product company.
If you've ever thought, "This entire department could be replaced with a well-built agent" you're exactly who we're hiring.
What Youll Own
You wont just work on AI tools. Youll architect our entire internal automation layer. That includes:
Workflow + Systems Automation
- Map and refactor workflows across Strategy, Ops, Sales, Design, and Client Services
- Build scalable automations using Zapier, N8N, or similar
- Identify every manual task in the company and kill it with logic
- Build for longevity, not just current - this means storing and using data.
Internal Agent Development
- You'll be required to build agents for:
- Strategy audits
- Client brief analysis
- QA bots
- Reporting summaries
Note: This is just a start so that we can QA your skills before you go more in depth.
- Use tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone to power agents that actually work in real-world agency use cases
API + Integration Work
- Build and maintain data pipelines across Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, ClickUp, Stripe, and internal databases
- Design backend logic that ensures clean, connected, automated systems
Data Ownership
- Keep internal data accurate, synced, and enriched
- Write scripts to clean up pipelines, deduplicate records, and push/pull through APIs
- Create tools that give leadership the right data, in the right place, in real-time
Who Were Actually Looking For
Youve done more than just use GPT. Youve shipped things agents, tools, integrations and youve replaced real human work with smarter systems.
You're probably the person others turn to when they say: There has to be a better way to do this.
You're not scared of messy workflows. You know how to untangle chaos, refactor it, and create clarity through code and logic.
Must-Have Skills
1. Python (core language for agents, automation, APIs)
2. JavaScript (used for triggers, API manipulation, and frontend logic)
3. Zapier or N8N power user
4. Klaviyo + Shopify API experience preferred
5. Experience building with OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, or similar LLM/embedding tools
6. API-first thinking (youre used to reading docs and shipping fast)
7. Experience managing internal data pipelines, cron jobs, and webhooks
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, SQL
- Experience with Slack bots, internal tools, or agent chaining
- Past work in an agency, startup, or solo builder environment

Compensation
15L 25L per year (Purely based on experience and proof of concept)
