Role & responsibilities

• Develop detailed business requirements for the given business Processes.
• Develop Functional specification for the Business Requirement.
• Review and understand existing Business Processes.
• Develop test cases for the Business Processes.
• Conduct/Co-ordinate testing at Unit, Integration, System and user level.
• Status Reporting Develop User Manuals
• Provide Functional Support to production Systems
• Conduct / Assist in user training
• Defect/Issue Analysis and fixing
• System documentation
