We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Oracle Middleware & Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite , Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) , Oracle Fusion Middleware , WebLogic Server , and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) . Experience with Oracle Database is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24x7 production support for Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
Perform provisioning, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of SOA, IAM, WebLogic, and related components.
Execute and support migration activities to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Monitor application and infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for environment setup and incident resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and runbooks.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle IAM, and WebLogic Server.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware architecture and components.
Proficiency with OCI services including compute, storage, networking, and identity.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for provisioning and maintenance tasks.
Exposure to Oracle Database administration is a plus.
Willingness and ability to work in 24x7 rotational support shifts.
Environment Provisioning: Deploy and configure Oracle SOA Suite, IAM, WebLogic, and other Oracle Fusion Middleware components on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-prem environments.
Day-to-Day Support: Provide operational support for production, development, and test environments, ensuring high availability and performance of middleware systems.
Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Migration & Upgrade Activities: Plan and execute migration of environments from on-premise to OCI and perform upgrades and patching of middleware components with minimal downtime.
Monitoring & Automation: Monitor system health, performance, and availability using OCI tools and third-party solutions. Automate repetitive tasks through scripting or automation tools.
Security & Compliance: Ensure middleware environments comply with security standards and manage access control via Oracle IAM.
Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, application development, and database teams to ensure integrated support for business applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for environment setups, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
