Job Description

About the role:

• Token to delivery Coordination: Ensure seamless Token to delivery alignment across city.
• stakeholder Feedback Loop: Engage with callers and stakeholder to gather follow-up.
• Coordination: with Lead Owners for scheduling, updates, and operational sync.
• Roster Management: Create and manage team rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• In case of any price change or additional hold amount, informing seller and lead owner
• In case of challan, clearing the dues of challan on vahan website
• Making sure of the delivery of the vehicle to workshop team and taking sign off
• Handing over the original documents to post sales team and taking sign off
• Checking team follow up with the seller on the documents for which amount is held
• Receiving the held documents from seller and releasing the held amount & Recovering the token amount in case of token cancellations

Availability:

• 6-day work week. Should be available for all operational calls as needed.

Ideal candidate:

An ideal candidate would be hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to

problems, backed by strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have

demonstrated experience in managing the operations.

Requirements:

-1 to 5 Years of experience in hub/warehouse operations

-Team handling expeience mandatory

-Graduation degree

-Ability to think creatively about business problems & come with solutions

-Thrive in high pressure environment
