Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of revenue targets and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates/Executives to drive daily sales performance and productivity.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies and performance metrics to drive growth and conversions.
Pipeline Management: Monitor leads, conversions, and funnel health using CRM tools; ensure high-quality follow-ups and closures.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine offerings and optimize sales efficiency.
Training & Coaching: Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
