Location: Navi Mumbai


Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in sales, including 3+ years in a managerial role Industry Preference: SaaS / EdTech / Product-based Companies

Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of revenue targets and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates/Executives to drive daily sales performance and productivity.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies and performance metrics to drive growth and conversions.

Pipeline Management: Monitor leads, conversions, and funnel health using CRM tools; ensure high-quality follow-ups and closures.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine offerings and optimize sales efficiency.

Training & Coaching: Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or a product company.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution selling, and digital sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in legal, compliance, finance, or startup services sector is a plus.
