Job Description

Job Objective: Join the 99acres sales team and help property owners unlock the full potential of their listings! The objective of the role is to generate revenue for the company by offering specialized services to prospective clients and getting them registered on 99acres.com.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell online advertising solutions telephonically to builders/brokers/customers by assessing their requirements.
  2. Generate leads through cold calling and referral channels to maximize sales and establish Relationships.
  3. Initiate repeat sales by following up with existing clients.
  4. Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth/revenue from existing Customers.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge about the products and services to make suitable recommendations based on client requirements.
  6. Increase customer engagement by proactively solving client concerns and queries.
  7. Liaising with related departments to ensure end-to-end solutions for the client.
  8. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
