UX Designer @ Yotta Infrastructure

Gathering and evaluating user requirements by working in close quarters with Product, UX, QA and Engineering teams.

Refining concepts into meaningful narratives that speak to business opportunities, technical feasibility, and organizational setup .

Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sketches.

Prototyping the user flows using wireframes, mockups and click-throughs.

Enabling all internal teams on design sensibilities with the primary goal of building a design culture within the organization.

Analyzing users, markets and competitor products, so as to create UX-led differentiation.
Following strict documentation practices around all work done and delivered.

Creating and maintaining all UX frameworks, specifications and documentation in the form of visual, verbal and written brand guidelines.

Must Have Skill:

5 years of experience and a proven track record of designing interactions, graphical elements and navigation flows for enterprise-grade SaaS products in a role contemporary to UX Designer, Product Designer and/or Interaction Designer.
Up-to-date understanding of design principles and patterns in relevant and adjacent product domains.
A demonstrable portfolio of relevant projects/products is a must, focusing on problems solved via UX.
Exceptional communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
Cross-functional skills and an empathy-driven mindset.
Excellent command on modern day design, prototyping and collaboration tools such as (and not limited to) Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Loom, Miro, Notion, Google Workspace etc.

Good to Have Skill:

Experience working in various organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy) with a demonstrable ability to lead teams and initiatives.

Experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer.

Qualification and Experience:

A University degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related design or behavioral science discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience.
