Job Title: ROR Developer
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to 40 LPA (Depends Upon Interview)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails (ROR) Developer with a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will excel in implementing software development best practices and thrive in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality.
Collaborate on web architecture, providing design recommendations, and optimizing infrastructure.
Continuously improve and optimize development processes in an Agile and Extreme Programming environment.
Deploy and configure servers, ensuring smooth functionality and scalability.
Write technical documentation, user stories, and manage source control systems effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies.

Additional Expertise:
Knowledge of web server ecosystems and relational DBMS.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
Hands-on experience with server configuration and deployment infrastructure.
Proficiency in source control and bug tracking systems.
