Tracking the opportunities in market and strategizing with the broader Sales team.
Develop the clear understanding of client s needs, concerns, objectives and plan appropriate approach/pitch.
Preparing the proposal, negotiating and finalizing the contract along with client.
Managing and training a team of business development executive / lead generator
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
