Position: SQL DeveloperLocation: MumbaiPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Database Developer to join our dynamicteam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL and database concepts,experience with performance tuning, and the ability to optimize and manage both relational andNoSQL databases. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databaseswhile ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases.Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficiency and performance.Perform database normalization to eliminate redundancy and ensure data integrity.Implement indexing strategies to improve query performance.Manage database transactions and ensure the ACID properties are maintained.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and databases.Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, views, triggers, and stored procedures.Utilize various types of joins to retrieve and manipulate data.Use clauses for data aggregation and filtering.Work with subqueries.Implement database replication, mirroring, and backup strategies.Monitor database health and ensure high availability.Handle database deadlocks and resolve any concurrency issues.Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a SQL Database Developer or similar role.Strong understanding of database concepts and architectures.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL,

PostgreSQL).

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and their differences fromSQL databases.

Experience with database normalization and various normal forms.Strong understanding of primary and foreign keys.Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.Familiarity with indexing, transactions, and ACID properties in databases.Experience with SQL Server performance tuning tools and techniques.Understanding of database replication, mirroring, and backup strategies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
