Job Description
- Role & responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to project completion.
- Understand client requirements and provide product recommendations based on Korean solid surface offerings.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics, and installation teams) to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
- Handle client queries, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage documentation including quotations, work orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Conduct site visits when required to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
- Maintain and update customer account data in CRM or tracking systems.
- Prepare reports on project status, client feedback, and account performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Team Management skills
- Basic Knowledge of Auto cad .
- Purchasing Knowledge .
- Good Communication skill.
