Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and Development of training programs, including presentations, case studies, role-play scenarios, and assessments.
• Evaluating strengths and weaknesses for an identified group / designation to tailor training programs.
• Ensuring Facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to participants and stakeholders.
• Ensure Performance Improvement in the skills, on which training is provided.
• Maintaining records of training progress and reporting results to management.
• Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training.
