Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee team coordination, including scheduling, tracking shipments, and resolving issues related to delivery operations.
  
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis using Excel and generate TAT (Turnaround Time) reports for analysis.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as shipment tracking, inventory management, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  
• Manage daily operations of delivery hubs across India, ensuring efficient logistics coordination and operational support.
