Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in gold loan sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase gold loan business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gold loan sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in gold loan operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small finance banks or NBFCs is an added advantage.
