    Job Description :- To prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, ensuring quality, taste, and adherence to health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients like vegetables, meats, and spices. Marinate meats and vegetables as required. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes. Cooking: Cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori specialties, and vegetarian options. Ensure dishes are cooked to perfection, maintaining consistent flavor profiles. Adjust recipes and cooking methods to suit local preferences and dietary restrictions. Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations. Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies. Place orders for necessary items to avoid shortages. Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members. Customer Service: Interact with customers to take food orders and address any concerns. Present dishes in an appealing manner. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Indian cook in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong culinary skills, with a deep understanding of Indian cuisine. Knowledge of various cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, and deep-frying. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good communication and interpersonal skills Location : Camroon , West Africa.
