Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect their requirements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management
- Continuously improve our recruitment processes by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT services industry
- Experience with various recruitment channels and tools, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring in India
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
