Job Description

We are seeking a UG/PG/ MBA (with packaging background) with 0-1 years of experience and can work to actively contribute towards the Growth Development of the company. This is a career defining opportunity for someone who is looking to start his/her career with to do something which is going to count in his professional career.

• Manage order fulfillment process.
• Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with buyers for hassle-free order process.
• Helping buyers in finding products on the website, answering the inquiry.
• Solving buyer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately.
• Manage and handle invoice, shipping documents, logistic and delivery.
• Preparing quotes, invoice, PO for bulk and corporate order.
• Working with Logistic Partner.

• Ability to handle pressure and can work independently.
• Effective communicator and possess excellent oral and written skills.
• Collaborative and flexible working style.
• Hands on experience with MS Excel.
• Should be good listener, have convincing and negotiation skill.
