Job Description
Position: Sr Domestic IT Recruiters
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: 2-4 Years
Notice Period: Immediate / T-A-T: 2 Weeks Max
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment life cycle, with experience in both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Full-Time (FT) hiring processes..
- Previous experience working in the service industry (e.g., HCL, Sapient, Capgemini, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Birlasoft, etc.), including expertise in stakeholder management and client coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring all business requirements are met efficiently.
- Oversee the timely delivery of recruitment targets by managing task delegation and tracking progress within the team.
- Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to team management, fostering continuous improvement and development.
- Review and validate candidate profiles submitted by the team, ensuring they meet client requirements before forwarding them for consideration.
- Provide hands-on support to recruiters, including CV sourcing, managing client communications, and coordinating with client Points of Contact (POCs).
- Maintain and manage team data, producing detailed weekly and monthly reports on work progress.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
