Job Description
1) Oversee the preparation of detailed reports for internal stakeholders (if required, generate the same and share)
2) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting systems and make necessary adjustments
3) Train and support staff in the use of reporting tools and methodologies
4) Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data accuracy and accessibility
5) Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand current practices and identify areas for improvement
6) Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance pertaining to reporting
7) Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis using spreadsheets or specialized tool to support strategic decision-making
8) Deliver presentations to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments
9) Periodically review progress of implemented changes to ensure continuous improvement.
10) Create business requirements documents, user training manuals, and guides.
11) Work with reporting manager in performing analysis on the Operational processes and suggest improvements Additional Requirements:
1) Willingness to work in shifts that are aligned to Operations (typically operation work timings are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
2) Should be flexible based on business requirement
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
