We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) who will be responsible for managing customer relationships over phone and digital channels. Hindi fluency is mandatory for handling customers from North and Central India regions.
Engage with existing customers via phone to manage relationships and provide service/support
Cross-sell banking products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and investments
Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve queries/escalations
Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
Meet monthly sales and service targets
Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
Experience: 1 years in BFSI/Tele Sales/Customer Service preferred
Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus
