Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Power BI dashboards and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into sleek, modern visuals and collaborate with BI developers and app developers for seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean and visually engaging Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and clarity.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with BI developers and software engineers to align design with functionality.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Define and maintain design systems and UI guidelines for consistency across platforms.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Power BI interface design including bookmarks, slicers, themes, and navigation.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of UI principles such as typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to work with BI teams and application developers to align design with functionality.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory for coding, but for design alignment).

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Power BI customization using DAX and themes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fluent UI and enterprise application design standards.
• Experience designing for low-code platforms like Power Apps is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
