  • Manage hotel operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective room sales, package deals, and promotions.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., food & beverage) to create seamless experiences for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
